Warranty & Returns
Most of our stock is used or refurbished commercial equipment, so we keep the rules simple and up-front. Here is exactly what you get with each purchase — the full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
Warranty is per item
Every listing states its own warranty — manufacturer’s remaining warranty, a limited warranty, or refurbished-with-warranty. Where no warranty is stated, the item is sold as-is.
Inspect before you buy
You’re welcome to inspect any item at Warehouse 8 by appointment before you commit — especially for larger units. Book an inspection or ask us anything.
Delivery, quoted honestly
Freight is quoted separately on size, weight and distance, Australia-wide. Please check access, loading dock and installation at your site before delivery.
Returns
As commercial stock is used and often one-off, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. We stand behind every description: if an item is materially different from its listing or has an undisclosed fault, contact us promptly and we’ll make it right.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. See clause 8 of our Terms & Conditions for detail.
